Eligiblity: B.COM / M.COM With Minimum experience of 4 – 6 years

(Preferably from Banking / NBFC)

Job Description

-To drive the unsecured Loans, cross selling of the liability & third party products to the existing customers
-Responsible for maintaining high quality service standards and efficient use of alternate channels to drive business
-Active coordination with control and support department pertaining to processing aspect and close watch of External Market situation
-Responsible for driving any new and existing product/ service campaign at grass root level
-Ensure the staff satisfaction and fair & transparent performance management system driven across all the branches
